The Emporer - 4
He represents Law. His dominion is to rule with logic and order. This is our conscious mind, constantly seeking order and finding patterns in the chaos around us.
The Pope - 5
This represents either organized religion or a teacher, depending on circumstances. He is instructing those before in the mundane, or ordinary teachings. Each of us, for a time, must learn the teachings to live day to day. Each must bow to higher authority, in order to live in society.
