Minor Arcana

Ten is the number of the next cycle. It is both a completion, and a beginning. Like much of the Tarot's overall symbolism, it is a wheel. A snake eating it's own tail, but actually spiralling to begin a new snake. For some, such transitions are difficult, as is the case in the Ten of Swords. For others, they can be full of bounty and joy, as in the Ten of Cups. Each person must decide what completion means to them, and what the next spiral will be like. Perfection, mastery, release, regeneration, transition, taking responsibility. |
